FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Does the price include delivery and set up?

Yes. There are no additional charges for equipment set up and tear down. Yes, we offer free delivery within 15 miles of our location. We charge a flat rate of $30 for up to 25 miles. If your event is more than 25 miles outside of our delivery zone, we recommend inquiring before booking for a quote. Please call or email us for a quote.

What time do you set up and pick up?

We set up the morning of your party between 7am-2pm. We will coordinate a specific delivery window based on the start time of your event. In the case you need a special delivery time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

We pickup same-day no later than 6:00pm. This allows us time to clean and prepare the rental for the following day’s event. Pickups requested after 6pm will incur additional charges.

What do I need to know to protect the inflatables?

There are no shoes, food, drinks, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen, marker, crayon, paint, etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done.

Are inflatables available year-round?

No. Our inflatables are only available March – September. Our other party rental equipment is available year-round.

I’ve rented in July for my sons bday party and Benard came out to measure my yard to make sure it would fit!!( my concern) the one originally wanted didn’t but I was still able to get one and he let me wet it for the kids!!
